We invite you to a weekend of balfolk tunes and dancing near Kingston, ON, on a beautiful farm on a lake. A way for Balfolk communties across Ontario and Quebec to gather again after a few years apart!

FRIDAY AUGUST 26
Arrive 6pm or later to set up your tent (Bring your own dinner)
Bal in the Barn! 8pm-Midnight
Including music from our feature performers
as well as open stage slots you can sign up for
SATURDAY AUGUST 27
Breakfast 8:30am-9:30am (included with your ticket)
Workshops 10am-12:30pm
Lunch and Swimming 12:30pm-3pm (bring your own lunch or go to town 5 min drive)
Workshops 3pm-5:30pm
BBQ Dinner 5:30-7:30pm (included with your ticket)
Bal in the Barn! 8pm-Midnight
SUNDAY AUGUST 28
Breakfast 9am-10:00am (included with your ticket)
Clean up, pack up, off to home! 10am-1pm

Ticket Prices:
Sliding scale $125-200.
Includes 2 Breakfasts, 1 Dinner, Camping, 2 Nights of Music, 1 day of Workshops
Our expenses for the weekend:
$1400 - insurance, portapotties, drinking water, prepping field for camping, other venue expenses
$2300 - Performers' Fees
$1800 - food/2 chefs for 40 attendees + 15 performer/staff
$500 - misc. unforeseen expenses

We're aiming to sell 40 tickets. $6000/40= $150. If you're able to give more, we are grateful! We'd love to be able to pay the musicians more. We're also aware that we may not sell 40 tickets, as this is quite last minute! So if you're able to pitch in extra, that is really helpful!
